Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for tent house products that are defective, damaged in transit, or
incorrectly shipped by Tentzo.store.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable
condition.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your
order.
How to Request a Refund

describe the issue, and attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Review: Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for
returning the product, if applicable.

Return/Product Evaluation: Return the product as instructed. If your return is
due to a defect or damage, return shipping (if applicable) is free. For other
returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Refund Process
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected; we will update you
regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original
payment method.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded only if the return is due to an error or
faulty product on our part.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing original
packaging/accessories.
- Custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale items.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
