At tentzo.store, we want every customer to be satisfied with your tent house purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our exchange policy provides you with a convenient way to resolve any issues related to our tent house products.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your tent house product.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, tags, and instructions.
  3. Request: Email us at support@tentzo.store or use the Contact Us page to submit your order number and item details for exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Tent houses, accessories, or related products found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Unopened and unused tent houses and accessories, provided they meet the condition guidelines above.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is free only for defective or incorrectly shipped tent house products.
    For other exchanges, the customer pays return shipping charges.
  • We will provide a replacement product or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Requests after 5 days or items not in original condition are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used tent houses or accessories, items damaged after delivery, or products missing original parts/tags.
  • Customized tent houses, opened consumables, and items sold as final sale or clearance.
